The dictionary defines abundance as a large quantity or supply. The term abundance can be applied to our mindset and our lives.
What thoughts have you had about abundance in your life? Do you believe that there is abundance in the world or do you believe that there are not enough resources (money, wealth, jobs, etc) for everyone? Do you believe that you can have abundance in your life?
For some, if someone in their community begins to succeed, they begin to feel that this person is taking from them directly and that there will be nothing left for them. This is the opposite of an abundance mindset. This is a scarcity mindset. The focus is on a lack of resources. This individual believes that there are not enough resources in this world to allow both of them to be successful.
Checkout the below contrasting scarcity and abundance mindset statements.
