New Therapy Clients

Please note that the initial intake session rate is $200.00 USD. All subsequent sessions have the self-pay rate of $150.00 USD. Currently, I only accept United Healthcare insurance. Please note that when a provider does not accept your insurance, services rendered are considered out-of-network services (OON). If you are eligible for reimbursement from your insurance, I can provide you with a super bill to provide to your insurance company. I recommend that you speak with your insurance company prior to scheduling an intake appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24-hours in advance. Cancelled appointments are often rescheduled to facilitate clients. The first no-show or late cancellation (within 24 hours) fee is $50. All subsequent no-shows and late cancellation fees will be $100.00 per session.


Please also note that extensive no-shows and late cancellations will affect the work that you are doing in therapy. Frequent no-shows and late cancellations also demonstrates your level of commitment to your work in therapy and to the provider's time. Consistently not showing up for sessions will place you at risk for termination from services due to a lack of presence in treatment.


Please note that insurance companies do not cover no-shows and late cancellation fees. This is the client's responsibility. No-show and late cancellation (less than 24-hour notice) will be billed to the credit card on file.
